1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the baji bp platform, which is operated by baji bp ("we", "us", or "Platform"). The following individuals or entities ("User", "you", or "Player") are covered by these Terms:

• Any person who visits the baji bp website or app.
• Anyone who has registered or wishes to register an account.
• Anyone who participates in any game, betting, or financial transaction.

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or using the same banking details is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and complete. baji bp reserves the right to close an account if false information is provided. If any of your details change, please notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. You are personally responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact our 24/7 live chat support immediately.

3 Account Verification

To maintain a safe and transparent environment on the baji bp platform, we reserve the right to verify a user's identity. The verification process may be initiated at any time, particularly before large withdrawal requests.

3.1 Required Documents

A clear copy of a National ID card, passport, or driving licence may be requested as proof of identity. A recent bank statement or utility bill (within three months) is accepted as proof of address.

3.2 Delays in Verification

If the required documents are not provided in time, the withdrawal process may be temporarily placed on hold. Once verification is complete, withdrawals will resume as normal.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are accepted for deposits on baji bp. Transfers can also be made through Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, though they may take a little longer if verification is required.

4.3 Ownership of Funds

Deposits into an account must be made only from a payment method registered in that account holder's name. Funds sent through a third party are not accepted, and any such transaction received will be returned.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the baji bp platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must be used for placing bets until the specified wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — please read the details of each offer carefully.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, generally only one bonus's conditions apply at a time.
• If any fraudulent activity is found in connection with claiming a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 Other Promotions

baji bp runs various promotions including a weekly reload offer, slots festival bonus, cricket offer, birthday special reward, and refer-a-friend gift. Each of these offers has its own wagering requirements and validity period. baji bp reserves the right to change, pause, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All players on the baji bp platform must play honestly and fairly. Attempting to gain an advantage through any kind of software, bot, algorithm, or automated method is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Betting Decisions

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn unless baji bp itself cancels it due to a technical error. For sports betting, if a match is postponed or cancelled, the bet amount may be refunded in accordance with the relevant rules.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is not completed due to a server error, disconnection, or game software fault, we will try to resolve the situation as fairly as possible. baji bp does not guarantee compensation for losses resulting from technical errors.

6.4 RTP and Game Results

The results of our slots and casino games are determined by verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) information for each game is published in accordance with recognized standards and represents a long-term statistical average, not a guaranteed outcome for each session.

7 Responsible Behavior

• Clear evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.

• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• Money laundering or fraud is suspected.
• Evidence of abuse of the bonus system is found.

8.2 User Rights

A user may also request to close their account at any time. The opportunity to withdraw a verified balance will be given before the account is closed, unless the account is being closed due to a rule violation.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

The baji bp platform aims to provide uninterrupted service as much as possible. However, we are not liable for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical problems with your device.
• Issues caused by the failure of a third-party game or payment provider.
• A game session not being completed due to an unexpected technical error.
• Loss caused by your account credentials being inadvertently disclosed.

In any circumstance, our maximum liability is limited to the actual balance in your account.
